Dear Indiegogo Backers,
As of today, we have already shipped all 6500 orders, which basically covered all Campaign’s orders up to order # 8308 with all perks options:
Super Early Bird, New Year Special x2, Holiday Special x2, part of 2x pairs, part of 3x pairs and part of Early Bird.
Backers of these orders (up to #8308) should have received the Tracking Number Notification email. If your order number is within this range and have not received your tracking number, please follow the following steps:
1. Reply to our survey emails.
2. If you have placed an add-on order on Backerkit, and we will only ship the add-on order if the credit card payment is settled (which may take a few more days). Your original order of Indiegogo will still be shipped on time.
For any other reasons that you have not received your tracking number, please contact : [email protected].
Since the traditional Chinese new year (Spring Festival) is coming, the factory will be on holiday mode from Feb 10th to 25th. This is a major holiday event in China and no manufacturing and no shipping during this period. We will do our best to ship out all standing orders before Feb 10th, including the Indemand orders.
So before Feb 10th, we will ship out Indemand orders provided that you will complete the Survey so we have your confirmed address.
Orders during the Holiday (Feb 10th - 25th) will be shipped around Feb 27th. Indemand backers who did not reply to our Survey, we will ship them out together after the holidays. Please understand that we take your support seriously thus reply to the survey is the best way we know your shipping address is correct.

Dear Indiegogo Backers,
We know everyone is very concerned about the delivery progress and so are we. Currently we are working day and night to getting units out of our factory.
The 1st batch (1000) was sent out from Shenzhen factory on January 31，and the tracking info already can be found on the Bpost website : https://landmarkglobal.com/ (Please enter the tracking number for check)
And the 2nd shipping batch (1500) was sent on Feb 1st, tracking numbers were sent to every involved backer.
Today the 3rd shipping batch (1500) will be send.

We are trying very hard to keep up to our delivery plan, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.
Please note the following updates as well:
1. Since all tracking numbers can ONLY be found on the Bpost website after they have been exported from Hong Kong, please try to check them in 48 hours.
2. Logistics schedule:
Europe is expected to 5 days to the local country + 3 days to the customer.
The North America is expected to 6 to the country + 3-5 days to the customer.
Southeast Asia is expected to 8 days to the local country + 3-5 days to the customer.
Other areas are expected to 8-15 days to the local country + 4-6 days to the customer.
3. Some Hong Kong backers may find that they receive a blank tracking number, and please don’t panic. Once received email means that ERL is delivered and will be received within 3-5 days.
4. We arrange the delivery according to the order time and the time to complete our Survey.

Dear Indiegogo Backers,
We understand that many of you have been anxiously waiting for the first delivery of our ERL products. We have been working tirelessly to make our first delivery on Jan 27th.
While we want to ship the units to you as much as you do, we had experienced unexpected delay on one of the components of the earphones - the testing of the PCBA has been taking more time that we planned. We have has just been completed testing all the initial 6000 PCBAs as of today, which means we would still need 3 more days to complete the assembly of the earphones. We unfortunately have to delay the sale up to 4 days total in order to ship the units out.
The good news is that we have completed all the assembly work for the charging dock, so there are no other factors that could potentially delay the shipment except the earbuds themselves. Here are some photos from manufacturing of the charging dock, whose assembly work has been completed as of today.
The following photos just show that the assembly of the charging dock has been completed.
We also want to update you on the updated shipping schedule:
Jan 31st USA EST (east standard time), 1st shipment, 1000 perks will be shipped and the first 1000 backers will receive their tracking number;
Feb 1st, 2nd shipment, 1500 perks;
Feb 2nd, 3rd shipment, 1500 perks;
Feb 3nd, weekend;
Feb 4th, weekend;
Feb 5th, 1500 perks;
Feb 6th, 1500 perks;
Feb 7th, 1500 perks;
Feb 8th, 1500 perks;
Feb 9th, 1500 perks;
Feb 10th, weekend;
Feb 11th, weekend;
Feb 13th, 1500 perks;
The above schedule is based on USA East Standard Time. For the first 13,000 orders we will be able to ship out by mid Feb 2018.
This is painful — for us, as much as anybody else — but we believe it is necessary. We are doing many things for the first time, and it’s much better to get these things absolutely right.
For Indemand backers whose order number (you can check your order # in your order details) is greater than 13,000, your order will be shipped in March (as we also indicated on the perk page).
We also want you to know that the first survey email was sent to campaign backers only. Indemand backers will receive their survey emails in a day or two (they are definitely coming). If you already received your survey email, please respond to the email ASAP so we have your confirmed shipping address.

Dear Backers,
Soon, you’ll receive an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your rewards.
You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!
After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys on January 24th, 11:59pm EST and get our final counts, as we are still on track to start shipping this week!

Updates on Manufacturing, Production Schedule and Referral Program
Dear Indiegogo backers,
We would like to share with you our recent updates on manufacturing. We have been working nonstop to polish the toolings so that the final products look even better.
There are some of the test production units that we have completed this week. We have made some final touches and tweaks to the production toolings and assembly lines, and we also fixed some bugs to the firmware (the OS software) for the earphones.
Here is our final production schedule:
Jan 16 - Firmware updates (completed)
Jan 18 - SMT (surface mount technology) on PCB for the final production (completed)
Jan 22 - Final assembly starts
Jan 24 - First batch assembled products completed
Jan 25 - First shipment
Referral Program
As a final note, we can no longer provide financial incentives for our campaign, that is, the 15% cash back for referrals will be immediately removed from our campaign. We are doing this to stay compliant with the rules of Indiegogo community.
We would like to reward our referrers with perks. If your referred amount is less and equal to $49, you will receive one free pair of ERL.For any other referred amount, you will receive the equal value of ERL perks as rewards.
