However, we understand and respect your decision. Here is how to get a refund:
1. If you are Indiegogo campaign backers, and since the campaign already ends, neither you nor we can issue a refund via Indiegogo anymore. We figured out a way to refund you via Paypal:

We also receive more photos from factories on the productions. Here are some photos of the near-final products. Please note the color of the silk-printed ERL logo is wrong. It should be sublime black, not white. This has been corrected and you will receive the ones with logo in dark color, as we presented in the campaign. But we still want to show you our progress.
We are thrilled to receive tremendous help from our backers. We just like to share with you the results of referral programs. As we mentioned earlier, all referrals will receive 15% of the tracked amount.

You need to show proof that you are the account owner above with screenshot of your Indiegogo profile, together with your paypal account. We are excited to announce that our campaign has now transitioned to InDemand. All orders placed during our campaign will be processed based on the order # (first in, first out).
What’s next?
We will continue to post updates and respond to all of your questions as we prepare for shipping. Please make sure your shipping addresses are up-to-date together with your phone number, which is also required so that your package will be properly delivered.

Our manufacturing team is currently working hard to finish production based on current orders. Our production has been on schedule to ship first batch of orders on Jan 27th, 2018.

Dear Backers,
We would like to present to you the updates of our test trial productions. We have some really good news that our yield is above 90% for the test trial and we are confident with further tuning and optimizations, we will be able to improve the yield to 93%-95% for the mass production.
As you may know, our manufacturing has been working very hard during this busy holiday season to keep up with the production timeline. Everyone is working extra hours to make this happen and for delivery by end of Jan.

HOW DO I KEEP TRACK OF MY REFERRALS?

4. Click on the ‘Referrals’ tab. You will see the number of people you referred, the number who have purchased, and the total dollar amount of their contributions.
You’ll receive 15% cash back of the total dollar amount of your total referred contributions!
For example, Adrian Solgaard has one referral and $49 referred amount so far. Adrian will receive 49*0.15 = $7.35 cash back reward. The more your referrals are, the more cash back you will earn.
